IF I COULD GIVE ECO DEMO ♾️ STARS I WOULD!!! Sue, Charlie and the team are the BEST!!! We received nothing but outstanding customer service and information from them. Nothing was ever a problem for them, and their knowledge, attentiveness and service was second to none! The level of service (and time) I received from Sue (even before we became a client) was hands down second to none, and this is why I chose to go with them. From the first phone call to the completion of our house demolition, it has been nothing but a pleasure in dealing with them. They always went above and beyond for us, and we never felt like we were “just a number” to them. They always kept us well informed with emails, phone calls and photos during the entire process. For someone like myself, who has never been through this process before, Sue was a wealth of knowledge, talking me through each stage and always sending me emails with crystal clear information and instructions. Even from our first email with our quote, it was so detailed with so much helpful and useful information, something that NONE of the other companies even came close to doing. Once our job was complete, we were given our clearance certificate that very same day. Eco Demo is a wonderful, family run company and I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them - in fact I would say you would be crazy to use anyone else!! If we ever decide to demolish and build again it will be Eco Demo all the way!!!Once again, a huge thank you to Sue, Charlie and the team at Eco Demo, you actually made this a very pleasant experience for us!PS: I’ll miss our chats Sue!! X

Sue and the team were THE BEST people to work with to get our home demolished. They were all so thorough and made sure no question was left unanswered. They walked us through every step of the way and are so knowledgeable. They checked in with us regularly with progress updates, which we really appreciated. The before and after photos of our site is astonishing, they did an amazing job. Thank you so much, team!

Eco Demolition are thorough professionals at what they do. From the initial conversations with Sue to the site supervisor Charlie, everything was handled very well. No question was too much for Sue to answer. The demolition started on time and the site was left clean and in great condition at the end of it all. Charlie met us on site before and after to ensure we had direct contact with him. I can't recommend these guys more for the wonderful work that they do and the good relationships they build with their customers. The fact that they recycle as much of the debris as they can is also fantastic.

I highly recommend Eco Demolition for their professionalism, friendly staff, clear and timely communication and most importantly for always willing to provide advice and help whenever needed.Having received quotes from other demo companies, we finalised on Eco Demolition though others may have been a little cheaper. Michael and Charlie were forthcoming with information about the demolition process and what was involved, which made it easier to make a decision.Sue was a pleasure to deal with. Our builder Hall and Hart recommended Eco for our knock down rebuild project at North Ryde. We had wonderful experience with Eco. Sue and Charlie are pleasant to deal with.Once the machine arrived, it was 3 days job. Charlie was very hand on, he was making sure the job is completed on time. Glad we went with Eco 👍🏼

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dealing with Eco Demolition NSW P/L was extremely easy and they always kept me updated in what was required from me and at what stage the knockdown was at. Big shout out to Sue and Charlie, you dealt with my multitude of questions with professionalism and made me feel like no question was a silly question which made it less stressful.Definitely a company I would recommend for you knockdown/rebuild needs.

Had a great experience with Sue and Charlie. Sue was very accommodating, we had to reschedule our demo a couple of times due to no fault of their own. Once we were ready to go, they were found a slot and fit us straight in. Sue helped us a lot during the early stages and was always very helpful no matter the question. Thanks again Sue and Charlie!

The whole demolition process is stress free. Given recent weather condition, we are expecting a much more delayed, messy progress, however we are very well informed, which certainly put our mind at ease. When I started this process, I figured there wasn't much to demo. You just knock the house down, and take all the rubbish away.Well, going through the journey with a builder and speaking to other people about experiences with demo companies I now know a lot more about it.What I learnt was:-There is heaps of opportunity for variations to a quote (ohh...look we found asbestos in the fill) where you can get ripped off;-There are timelines you're trying to juggle with the builder which have a financial, and emotional cost; and-There is heaps of waste, that you start to feel guilty about dropping off at landfill.With ECO they managed each of my concerns above with professionalism.Super glad we went with ECO and happy to recommend them to others.
