We highly recommend Michael and his team. The demolition was carried our with complete professionalism. Michael door knocked our immediate neighbours to explain the demolition and the feedback from the neighbours was complete appreciation to have the processes explained to them. We were issued with our clearance certificates on the day the demo was completed, no delay. A special mention to Sue in the office who was always helpful in answering any queries. 100% recommend Eco Demolition.

Nothing but good things to say from the initial request for a quote, to doing the job along with a request for extra work to be done as the job evolved. All was done at a reasonable price with plenty of staff on site at all times doing the work and taking care of safety. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble.

IF I COULD GIVE ECO DEMO ♾️ STARS I WOULD!!! Sue, Charlie and the team are the BEST!!! We received nothing but outstanding customer service and information from them. Nothing was ever a problem for them, and their knowledge, attentiveness and service was second to none! The level of service (and time) I received from Sue (even before we became a client) was hands down second to none, and this is why I chose to go with them. From the first phone call to the completion of our house demolition, it has been nothing but a pleasure in dealing with them. They always went above and beyond for us, and we never felt like we were “just a number” to them. They always kept us well informed with emails, phone calls and photos during the entire process. For someone like myself, who has never been through this process before, Sue was a wealth of knowledge, talking me through each stage and always sending me emails with crystal clear information and instructions. Even from our first email with our quote, it was so detailed with so much helpful and useful information, something that NONE of the other companies even came close to doing. Once our job was complete, we were given our clearance certificate that very same day. Eco Demo is a wonderful, family run company and I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them - in fact I would say you would be crazy to use anyone else!! Eco Demolition are thorough professionals at what they do. From the initial conversations with Sue to the site supervisor Charlie, everything was handled very well. No question was too much for Sue to answer. The demolition started on time and the site was left clean and in great condition at the end of it all. Charlie met us on site before and after to ensure we had direct contact with him. I can't recommend these guys more for the wonderful work that they do and the good relationships they build with their customers. The fact that they recycle as much of the debris as they can is also fantastic.

Our builder Hall and Hart recommended Eco for our knock down rebuild project at North Ryde. We had wonderful experience with Eco. Had a great experience with Sue and Charlie. Sue was very accommodating, we had to reschedule our demo a couple of times due to no fault of their own.
