Nothing was ever a problem for them, and their knowledge, attentiveness and service was second to none! The level of service (and time) I received from Sue (even before we became a client) was hands down second to none, and this is why I chose to go with them. From the first phone call to the completion of our house demolition, it has been nothing but a pleasure in dealing with them. They always went above and beyond for us, and we never felt like we were “just a number” to them. They always kept us well informed with emails, phone calls and photos during the entire process. For someone like myself, who has never been through this process before, Sue was a wealth of knowledge, talking me through each stage and always sending me emails with crystal clear information and instructions. Even from our first email with our quote, it was so detailed with so much helpful and useful information, something that NONE of the other companies even came close to doing. Once our job was complete, we were given our clearance certificate that very same day. Eco Demo is a wonderful, family run company and I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them - in fact I would say you would be crazy to use anyone else!! Eco Demolition are thorough professionals at what they do. From the initial conversations with Sue to the site supervisor Charlie, everything was handled very well. No question was too much for Sue to answer. The demolition started on time and the site was left clean and in great condition at the end of it all. Charlie met us on site before and after to ensure we had direct contact with him. I can't recommend these guys more for the wonderful work that they do and the good relationships they build with their customers. The fact that they recycle as much of the debris as they can is also fantastic.

Our builder Hall and Hart recommended Eco for our knock down rebuild project at North Ryde. We had wonderful experience with Eco. When I started this process, I figured there wasn't much to demo. You just knock the house down, and take all the rubbish away.Well, going through the journey with a builder and speaking to other people about experiences with demo companies I now know a lot more about it.What I learnt was:-There is heaps of opportunity for variations to a quote (ohh...look we found asbestos in the fill) where you can get ripped off;-There are timelines you're trying to juggle with the builder which have a financial, and emotional cost; and-There is heaps of waste, that you start to feel guilty about dropping off at landfill.With ECO they managed each of my concerns above with professionalism.Super glad we went with ECO and happy to recommend them to others.
